A Secluded Bit of Heaven!
The Snuggled Inn rental cabin is a hand crafted, custom built log cabin tucked deep in 12 acres of Brown County wooded heaven. You will be immersed in nature, surrounded by the stunning views of Yellowwood State Forest and Brown County wildlife, with each season offering a unique experience. Our beautiful rental log cabin is perfect for weeklong vacations, weekend getaways, corporate retreats, or reunions. For even larger groups, it can be rented along with our Back to Nature log cabin. This Brown County log cabin rental is conveniently located halfway between Nashville and Bloomington, Indiana, 3/10 of a mile off the road, and bordering the Yellowwood State Forest.
Important Things to Note:
This cabin sleeps up to twelve guests. There is a nightly "base price" for the first two guests and then an extra $30 fee per guest/per night for each additional guest (above the age of three.)
This is a self-catering cabin, so you are advised to bring your own toiletries, paper products, trash bags, charcoal, locally purchased fire wood, etc. Linens, towels, and basic kitchenware and utensils are supplied.
You will be in wooded countryside that is also occupied by insects and wildlife and where weather related situations can occur. You are advised to use 4-wheel or all-wheel drive to access the cabin during winter weather.

Peter and Suzanne's cabin is just what we were looking for. We visit Bloomington often for the juxtaposition of great nature and a very welcoming city full of great food.
The cabin is definitely in the middle of the woods, but a pretty quick drive to the major attractions in Bloomington.
The cabin is modern but with the old log cabin construction technique. It is cozy and easy to get around, while not feeling like it is musty or windswept. The cabin does not have many luxuries, but it also advertised that way.
The cabin is off a gravel road. Their warning to have an SUV or car with AWD in the winter is definitely necessary guidance.
Peter and Suzanne communicated extremely well and I appreciate their hospitality. I will be sure to check back for this property the next time I visit Bloomington. I would love to stay there again.

Beautiful cabin with fabulous views from the amazing deck of trees and nature. The birds sang to us everyday of our stay. The hot tub was an added win to our stay. The drive down the gravel wasn't bad at all, just had to pay attention and go slow to avoid pot holes. So much space to spread out yet perfect for enjoying each other as well. Exactly what we needed to just be... The cabin is very close to lots of day trip activities as well - which we took full advantage of. We really enjoyed our stay! Very nice cabin with lots of room. A great escape from reality. We visit Gatlinburg and stay in a mountain chalet once or twice a year most years. This property was as close to that as you can get without driving 5 hrs to Tennessee. Our family had a great time. Highly recommended.

Very secluded in the woods. Beautiful place, much larger than the pictures show. Pool table, spa and board games. Large decks. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. Private bathroom with each bedroom was super! I notified the owner that some of the lights were burned out and he was there with replacements within 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend!!
